Investor, Analyst and Media Conference on the 2024 Annual Results

In light of the proposed merger, the event will also include the presentation of the 2024 results of Cham Group. Subject to the decision of the Boards of Directors of Ina Invest and Cham Group, Stefan Mächler, designated Chairman of the Board of Directors of the merged company, and members of the designated management will discuss the merger following the presentations by the two companies. The merger decision will be made by the Annual General Meetings of Ina Invest and Cham Group on 31 March 2025.
