Located in the heart of the city of Winterthur, Ina Invest has realised an innovative office building comprising around 13,000 m² of usable space that combines a modern timber structure with historic industrial architecture. The property is connected to the district heating and cooling grid, has a photovoltaic system on the roof and meets the Minergie standard. The entire Lokstadt site also fulfils the “SIA Energy Efficiency Pad” building standard.
