Existing property in a central location, awarded the highest rating of “Excellent” in the macro rating of Wüest Partner
The property in the most central location on Geneva's Rue du Grand-Pré enjoys outstanding transport links, excellent connections to the tram network and is within walking distance of the Geneva-Cornavin railway station. The airport can be reached in approximately 15 minutes. The great potential offered by the property, which is currently used almost exclusively for commercial purposes, is to be tapped into in line with Ina Invest’s strategy by converting it into a mixed-use property with residential units and adding an extra floor. Opportunities for new uses are also being realised in the property's inner courtyard. The result will be a multi-faceted, hybrid property with more than 1,500 m² of new usable space. Small urban flats with parking spaces for electric bicycles are being created. This underlines the strategy of Ina Invest, including its endeavour to invest in hybrid properties in inner city locations and position them sustainably. Further elements of the sustainability strategy are being clarified as part of the ongoing preliminary project.
